Review: “Tango” by Masque Milano

HOW DID WE GET HERE?

I first discovered this scent at the perfume hall in Fortnum & Mason department store. I got the chance to experience it again at Esxence in Milan and finally decided to commit to a long-term relationship with the fragrance.

HOW DOES THIS FRAGRANCE MAKE ME FEEL?

I am convinced that this fragrance has healing properties. One does not simply spray themselves with Tango, you must anoint yourself with it. Imagine extracting a pre-historic amber fossil from the depths of the Earth. If you were able to liquify the amber resin and blend it with sandalwood and cumin you would probably get something close to how beautiful this perfume smells. The way that the fragrance is able to transform my mood once I spray it is akin to meditation. If ever a fragrance belonged in The Louvre, it’s this one. As the development of the notes in this scent are truly an ode to the art of fragrance.

5 – A Life of Matrimonial MIST: The amber in this fragrance smells pure and untainted. This fragrance is an experience first and a perfume second. I highly recommend it for the most discerning scent connoisseur.
