My Way Intense by Giorgio Armani EDP 50ML

HOW DID WE GET HERE?

I was severely underwhelmed by the original My Way when I first smelt it. However, I have noticed that I tend to like the “intense” flankers of most “original” fragrances. Once the tester was available at Selfridges I decided to give it a try.

HOW DOES THIS FRAGRANCE MAKE ME FEEL?

This fragrance serves as a gentle reminder that my taste in fragrances can evolve over time. When I first began my fragrance journey I absolutely adored this scent as I was a glutton for all things tuberose. Now that my nose has developed, I find the presence of the note to be too overwhelming in this scent. I would describe this fragrance as “Strongly Linear” as it is a loud white floral and not much else.

RATING

3 – MIST Opportunity: The scent is nice enough, it’s inoffensive and it lasts a long time. However, what it gains in longevity it lacks in complexity. I would be very hesitant to gift this to someone without knowing their personal preferences. I do love the fact that the perfume bottle is refillable but I have no desire to own another drop of this scent once this bottle is finished.
